Admissions Process
The admission process for the 2025-26 school year involves the following steps:
The application deadline is February 1st. Late applications will be on hold. Tuition assistance is available for K-12th grade students.
Continuous Enrollment
On average, 90% of eligible Providence Christian Academy families return to our school from the current year. Our desire is to make the re-enrollment process as user-friendly as possible. Continuous Enrollment makes things even easier for PCA families and rewards such great school loyalty.
Continuous Enrollment (CE) allows Providence Christian Academy to better fulfill our purpose and mission in the lives of students. When students are continuously enrolled, from their initial enrollment until they graduate from PCA, the continuous enrollment process lets us maximize our resources to provide Classical Christian education to our families at the highest level of excellence.
Tuition Assistance
PCA offers tuition assistance & scholarships based on family need. Tuition Assistance applications may be submitted through the FACTS Online Application portal. Tuition Assistance is available for students entering K-12th grade.
At Providence Christian Academy, we encourage every family to explore the possibility of the PCA experience regardless of financial circumstances. We understand that the cost of attending an independent school requires making a significant investment in your child’s education and future. Recognizing that every situation is unique, we are committed to working with each family to find ways to make a PCA education a reality.
Scholarships
Scholarship applications are accepted in the spring for the upcoming school year and are reviewed and awarded by the Tuition Assistance Committee. All scholarship applications require applicants to complete a tuition assistance application through FACTS.
Academics
Our Academics program highlights the Providence Christian Academy's classical, Christ-centered educational model. PCA offers a structured progression through four divisions: Pre-K, Grammar (grades PreK-5), Logic (grades 6-8), and Rhetoric (grades 9-12). Each stage emphasizes age-appropriate development, critical thinking, faith integration, and leadership. Programs include Bible study, rigorous academics, arts, athletics, and character-building activities, fostering lifelong learning and service.
Athletics
Providence Christian Academy sports programs are for students from elementary to high school. Our athletic programs emphasize character development, Christian values, and sportsmanship alongside athletic training. Offerings include team sports like basketball, soccer, and cheerleading, as well as club activities such as swimming and climbing. PCA provides academic support, nutritional guidance, and a focus on balancing academics with athletics. Our philosophy prioritizes glorifying God and fostering a positive, respectful culture.
Arts
Providence Christian Academy’s arts program emphasizes creativity, problem-solving, and spiritual growth. Fine arts courses include music and visual arts, integrating biblical principles with hands-on activities such as painting, sculpting, and chorus participation. Students from first grade to high school can develop skills like critical thinking, artistic expression, and musical excellence, with opportunities to perform and lead in worship. The PCA arts program fosters artistic development while encouraging students to reflect God’s creativity.
