Grammar School Reading Interventionist
Providence Christian Academy is seeking a Grammar School Reading Interventionist for the 2025-2026 school year. Position will be four days a week with benefits. Qualified candidates will need to feel comfortable providing small group reading instruction and in-class support for students in grades K-5. Applicants should have excellent teamwork and communication skills, knowledge in best practices and experience with students who learn differently. Must have a teaching license and applicants with special ed endorsements and or additional certifications/training are preferred.
College Counselor
Providence Christian Academy is seeking a College Counselor for the 2025-2026 school year. Previous experience in a related field is required along with at least a 4-year degree. The position will partner with parents and students to guide and prepare them through the college planning process, including career exploration, test preparation, enrichment options, college selection, and application assistance. Must review and comply with the PCA Statement of Faith. Qualified candidates will need to create a safe, nurturing, spiritually-based environment for students and be willing to uphold and enforce the school’s policies and procedures.
Hot Lunch
Providence Christian Academy is seeking a part time Hot Lunch employee for the 2025-2026 school year.Position is 5 days a week from 9am-1:30pm and includes lunch set up, food prep, serving grades 1st - 12th, and clean up. PCA is seeking an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with other staff members and provide a positive and safe lunch experience for students. Candidates must review and comply with the PCA Statement of Faith.
Substitute Teacher
Qualified candidates will need to create a safe, nurturing, spiritually-based environment for students and be willing to uphold and enforce the school’s policies and procedures. Substitutes are used on campus in many different areas including Hot Lunch, Facilities, Front Desk, and Classroom positions. Must teach the subject matter by utilizing valid techniques according to the school’s classical and Christian philosophy.
Logic School Dean of Studies
Providence Christian Academy is seeking a part time Logic School Dean of Studies who will serve on our curriculum team to support our PCA curriculum and instruction in grades 6th-8th. A qualified candidate will help assist in training teachers to teach effectively and classically, monitor the implementation of the school curriculum and academic policies, and promote innovative instructional practices that support all learners. This candidate will also assist with school accreditation and achievement testing. This position requires between 3 to 5 years experience in an educational environment along with a degree in a related field. It also requires the individual to have a sound understanding of the Bible and be of outstanding character and witness.
After School Care
Providence Christian Academy is seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time position in our After School Care program. This role includes benefits and will follow the school’s academic calendar, with working hours from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience working with children in an educational or care-based setting. The position requires the ability to implement teaching methods in accordance with PCA’s classical and Christian philosophy.

Pre-K and After School Care Administrator
Providence Christian Academy is seeking a PreK and After School Care Administrator. Position is thirty hours a week with benefits. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a school or care-based setting. As a member of PCA’s Academic and Leadership Team, the Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating PreK events, ensuring compliance with state requirements, and managing daily operations of the PreK and After School Care programs.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading chapels and spiritual development activities for students.
• Overseeing and managing the After School Care program.
• Leading and supporting a team of qualified PreK teachers.
• Implementing teaching strategies consistent with PCA’s classical and Christian educational philosophy.
