Parent Night: Reclaiming Connection with Dr. Stacy Jagger
August 31 | 6:0o PM
All PCA parents are encouraged to join us for an important Parent Night on Monday, August 31, at 6:00 p.m. in the Frazee Gymnasium.
Family therapist, speaker, and founder of Music City Family Therapy, Dr. Stacy Jagger will lead Reclaiming Connection, an engaging, school-wide experience designed to help parents strengthen relationships, reclaim their attention, and rediscover what matters most. Through humor, storytelling, research, audience participation, and practical tools, Dr. Jagger invites parents into meaningful conversations about identity, relationships, technology, resilience, emotional health, and the importance of being fully present.
In a world filled with endless notifications, growing pressures, and constant distractions, children and families are longing for deeper connection. This interactive evening is much more than a lecture. Parents will laugh, reflect, reconnect with their values, and leave encouraged with practical strategies they can begin using immediately to build homes where children feel seen, safe, known, and deeply connected.
During the evening, parents will learn how to:
- Reduce screen conflict without sacrificing connection.
- Better understand what may be beneath a child's behavior.
- Build simple family rhythms that strengthen trust and belonging.
- Support emotional regulation, resilience, and confidence.
- Become more present without striving for perfection.
- Lead their families with greater intention, joy, and peace.
We hope every PCA parent will make plans to attend this impactful evening. PCA students will be engaged in student workshops with Dr. Jagger on September 1.
