We are delighted to welcome Jake Weideman as our Capio Visiting Scholar on Tuesday, October 13.  Rhetoric students will have the opportunity to hear Mr. Weidman speak and learn from him as he explores the relationship between creativity, craftsmanship, faith, and the pursuit of excellence.  PCA parents are warmly invited to join us for a special lunch with Mr. Weidman following the student presentation.

Mr. Weidman is a professional artist and one of only nine certified Master Penmen in the world. Self-taught in each of his artistic disciplines, including calligraphy, painting, drawing, woodworking, and engraving, Jake has created work for private clients as well as organizations such as Apple, Crossway, and Biola University. He has spoken on stages across the country, including TEDx and Q, and has been featured on PBS. He and his wife, Hannah, have four children and live in Colorado.
