Faculty Member Testimonials
Laura Birkofer
My heart has always been to serve the younger generation – to open as many doors for their bright futures as possible by equipping them with the tools necessary for success. Teaching at PCA allows me to fulfill that calling in a deeper way than public school ever did. In addition to using sound classical practices, we connect everything we do back to God’s truth and grow together not only academically but as disciples of Christ.
Christy Bramble
Teaching at PCA is one of the greatest blessings in my life.
Imagine a classroom environment where you can teach students about Jesus and make meaningful Biblical connections throughout the entire day. Imagine a place where you can pray, sing, learn, play, and worship with your students. Imagine working in a place where administrators pray with you, stretch you to grow spiritually and professionally, and who themselves serve and walk with integrity.
That’s my job! That’s the PCA way!
What a joy it is to serve in a school that loves the Lord first and foremost and seeks to please Him in the ways we love one another and His children.
There is not a perfect place on this side of Heaven, but in my opinion, PCA is pretty close!
Micah Kennedy
Micah Kennedy had this to say: My wife, Rochelle, and I love that our four children are learning from a Christian worldview and through a classical education approach. We notice daily the impact that their teachers are making. This is not only due to our children’s understanding of the Bible and academic subjects, but also the way teachers care about their character is being shaped. We are grateful that what we strive to instill in our children at home is being partnered with in their education at PCA. Plus, each teacher genuinely loves our children and each child is known.
Mike Jones
I admire PCA for its Christ centered love for all who enter. Whether you are directly or indirectly connected to PCA, you are considered family. To see and to recognize each person as a creation of God is the immutable principle of PCA. The mission and vision statements are anchored in this principle, which inspires in our students Christ-like leadership and accountable servanthood. To know that I am encouraged and entrusted to fulfill this calling is the truest reward.
