Grammar School Teacher

Providence Christian Academy is seeking to hire Grammar School Teachers.  Positions are full time with benefits and requires a Bachelor’s degree in education.   Must review and comply with the PCA Statement of Faith.  Qualified candidates will need to create a safe, nurturing, spiritually-based learning environment for students during instruction and be willing to uphold and enforce the school’s policies and procedures.    Must teach by utilizing valid techniques according to the school’s classical and Christian philosophy.

Director of Bands

Providence Christian Academy is seeking to hire an Upper School Director of Bands. This position is full time with benefits. Key responsibilities are to teach instrumental music, conduct rehearsals, cultivate musical talent, and collaborate with the music department academy wide in preparation for school performances and events. Additional responsibilities include directing extracurricular ensembles such as Jazz Band and Pep Band. Qualified candidates must create a safe, nurturing, spiritually-based learning environment for students during instruction and be willing to uphold and enforce the school’s policies and procedures. Must teach using valid techniques according to the school's classical and Christian philosophy and candidates must also affirm and adhere to Providence Christian Academy’s Statement of Faith.

Logic and Rhetoric Faculty Positions

Seeking qualified applicants for full time Logic and Rhetoric Faculty positions for the 2026-2027 school year, specifically within the Humanities disciplines. This position requires knowledge/experience equivalent to that of a Bachelor’s degree in secondary education with relevant experience teaching Latin, Literature, History, Bible, or Logic. Applicants must review and comply with the PCA Statement of Faith. Qualified candidates will need to create a safe, nurturing, spiritually-based learning environment for students during instruction and be willing to uphold and enforce the school's policies and procedures. Must teach subject matter by utilizing valid techniques according to the school’s Classical and Christian philosophies.

Director of Advancement

Seeking a Director of Advancement for the 2026-2027 school year. This position is full time with benefits and part of PCA’s Executive and Leadership Teams. This senior level management position plays a key role in academy-wide decision making and strategic planning while overseeing areas such as Marketing, Communication, Fundraising, Enrollment Management and Community Relations. The ideal Candidate must demonstrate strong spiritual leadership, be confident in public speaking, and possess executive level capabilities.
Cross functional leadership and strong strategic decision making required in collaborating academy wide with all divisions. All Faculty and Staff must review and comply with the PCA Statement of Faith.

Pre-K and After School Care Administrator

Providence Christian Academy is seeking a PreK and After School Care Administrator. Position is thirty hours a week with benefits. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a school or care-based setting. As a member of PCA’s Leadership Team, the Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating PreK events, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and managing daily operations of the PreK and After School Care programs.

Key responsibilities include:
Leading chapels and spiritual development activities for students.
Overseeing and managing the After School Care program.
Leading and supporting a team of qualified PreK teachers.
Implementing teaching strategies consistent with PCA’s classical and Christian educational philosophy.

Applicants must be in agreement with PCA's Statement of Faith and demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of program management.
