2026-27 Important Application Reminders
An online application must be completed prior to the admissions office scheduling an assessment, which occurs on the PCA campus.
For 2026-27 applications, assessments will be scheduled between Dec.- Feb.
The admissions office will schedule a family meeting with both parents. For families with students entering 6th through 12th grade, students will need to be present as well.
PCA must receive a copy of school records & teacher recommendations (requested as part of the Online Application) before scheduling the parent meeting.
After getting to know your family and your child, we'll carefully review everything and reach out with our decision.
Possible outcomes:
- Accepted – Congratulations! We'll guide you through enrollment and send everything you need to secure your child's place with a tuition deposit.
- Waiting List – We'd love to have your child join us when space becomes available. We'll keep you updated on your status.
- Hold – We need a bit more information or time. We'll let you know exactly what's needed to move forward.
- Declined – While we can't offer admission at this time, we're grateful you considered Providence Christian for your family.
No matter the outcome, we're committed to clear communication and respect for your family throughout this process.
