
Capio Visiting Scholar Presentation
PCA’s Center for Leadership, Calling, and Service will host a Capio Visiting Scholar event on Tuesday, April 14 at 9:00am. The event will feature an engaging presentation by our special guest, Dr. Michael Kelley. All parents are warmly invited to join us for the presentation. Dr. Kelley is an author, communicator, and church leader originally from Canyon, Texas. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business from West Texas A&M University, a Master of Divinity from Beeson Divinity School, and a PhD from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Michael has served on church staff in Texas and Tennessee, spent 15 years in various roles with Lifeway Christian Resources, and served as the Executive Director of the Nashville Baptist Association. He is currently the Executive Director of The Rooted Network and pastor of Blackman Baptist Church in Murfreesboro. Michael and his wife, Jana, have been married for 26 years and are the parents of three children. In addition to his presentation, Michael will also participate in Q&A sessions with Rhetoric students during the day.
