Providence Christian Academy is delighted to host the 11th Annual Spring Soirée on Friday, April 17, at The View at Fountains at Gateway.

The Spring Soirée is PCA’s largest Annual Fund event of the year, and we invite you to  support the event!

ABOUT THE SPRING SOIREE:
The Spring Soirée an adult-only spring social event for parents, grandparents, friends, and community supporters.  Guests will enjoy a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres, a seated dinner, specialty beverages, mingling with friends, silent and live auctions, and more!

SILENT AUCTION:
The online Silent Auction will open on April 14.
All supporters are invited to bid on silent auction items!
Bidding will close on April 17 at 7:00 PM.

LIVE AUCTION:
Bidding on Live Auction items will be reserved for those in attendance at the event.

IMPORTANT AUCTION REMINDERS:

• You are not required to enter credit card information to view auction items, however you will be required to enter your credit card information to place a bid on silent auction items.
• A maximum bid amount and a bid increase amount may easily be set to update automatically in the online auction system so that a bidder does not have to continuously log in to the online auction system to update their bid.
• All silent auction bids must be placed online and the online auction system will determine the winning bidder at auction close.
• In the event that you are the winning bidder, the credit card on file in the auction system will automatically be charged following the close of the silent auction.
• All auction sales are final.  There are no refunds on auction items and experiences.
• Winning bidders who are not present at the Spring Soiree may pick up their item(s) in the Grammar School office beginning on Tuesday, April 21.
• Out of town winners are responsible for all shipping fees.

All proceeds from the Spring Soirée directly support the PCA Annual Fund, which plays a vital role in advancing Vision 2030—our bold, faith-centered strategic plan focused on four key initiatives: Spiritual Life and Cultural Preservation, Faculty Development and Academic Excellence, Facility Stewardship and Expansion, and Financial Sustainability and Advancement.  Each strategic initiative is firmly rooted in our mission to teach students to seek God’s truth and to equip them with the tools for a lifetime of learning.
